Lingayen Learning Hub: Empowering Underprivileged Youth in Education
Background and Rationale: In Lingayen, Pangasinan, there exists a pressing need to address the education gap among underprivileged youth. Despite the town's rich cultural heritage, many children from low-income families face significant challenges in accessing quality education and realizing their full potential. To address this issue, I envision the establishment of the Lingayen Learning Hub, a social enterprise dedicated to bridging the education gap and empowering underprivileged youth in Lingayen.
